Realme 8 5G smartphone presented with Dimensity 700 processor and 90-Hz display
Officially presented smartphone Realme 8 5G with support for the fifth generation cellular networks. The handset will ship with Android 11, augmented by a proprietary custom add-on Realme UI 2.0.
A MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor is used, which contains eight computing cores with a frequency of up to 2.2 GHz, an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 graphics accelerator, and a 5G modem. The amount of RAM is 4 or 8 GB, the capacity of the flash drive is 128 GB.
The novelty received a 6.5-inch IPS display in FHD + format. The refresh rate is 90 Hz, and the touch layer response rate is 180 Hz. The screen has a brightness of 600 cd / m 2 and occupies 90.5% of the front surface.
A 16-megapixel selfie camera is installed on the front. The triple rear camera incorporates a 48-megapixel sensor and two 2 million-pixel sensors.
The device has Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.1 controllers, a USB Type-C port, and a standard headphone jack. A 5,000mAh battery supplies power with 18W recharge.
The novelty will be available in Supersonic Blue and Supersonic Black colors starting at $ 320.
