Less than a year ago, Realme announced its first smartwatch called the Realme Watch. And although the company has since released two Watch S series smartwatches, only now the original version has a successor – the Realme Watch 2 smartwatch, which received the same square display.


Smartwatch Watch 2 has a lightweight – 38 g. The dimensions of the new item’s IPS display are the same as the original model – 1.4 inches diagonally. The resolution is 320 × 320 pixels; the luminance component is significantly higher than its predecessor – 600 cd / m 2 (y Realme Watch – 380 cd / m 2 ). The user is offered a choice of over 100 watch faces, including new options, to personalize the device.

The smartwatch body has an IP68 degree of protection against water and dust so that you can take it with you for a run in any weather and swimming training in the pool.

Watch 2 supports over 90 sports modes (the previous model has 14). Sleep quality and stress levels can be monitored using a wearable device, and there are sensors for monitoring heart rate and blood oxygen (SpO2) levels. In addition, with the Watch 2, you can remotely control devices from the Realme AIoT ecosystem. Also, smartwatches will be able to display notifications from a smartphone.

Realme has increased the Watch 2’s battery capacity to 315 mAh compared to the 160 mAh battery of its predecessor, which allowed it to guarantee up to 12 days of battery life on a single charge.

The cost of the device is about $ 55. The timing of the appearance of new items on sale in Russia is not yet known.
