Earlier it was said that the named devices will debut before the end of the current quarter. Now Mr. Chase announced that the presentation will take place after the Chinese New Year (Spring Festival), which will be celebrated on February 12th.

Thus, observers believe that the announcement of Race devices is likely to take place in the second half of next month. Although, one cannot exclude the likelihood that the debut will take place in March.

The series will include the base Race model and the more powerful Race Pro version. Both will receive the aforementioned Snapdragon 888 chip, containing eight cores with a frequency of up to 2.84 GHz, an Adreno 660 graphics accelerator, and a Snapdragon X60 5G modem.

The characteristics of the Race Pro are already known. This is a 6.8-inch OLED QHD + display with a resolution of 3200 × 1440 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 160 Hz, a triple camera in a configuration of 64 + 13 + 13 million pixels, 12 GB of RAM, and a flash drive with a capacity of up to 512 GB. The smartphone will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 125W UltraDart charging. Operating system – Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0 add-on.
