The drone will receive a system that will allow it to detect obstacles from all sides
DJI is preparing to introduce the Mini 4 Pro drone. It will be better than its predecessor and, one might say, will offer DJI Air 3 technologies in a more compact body.
DJI Mini 4 Pro will be equipped with two battery capacities: 2590 and 3850 mAh. Flight duration using a “small” battery is 34 minutes. Interestingly, installing a 3850 mAh battery will result in an increase in weight over 250 grams – this is the threshold above which the drone must be registered in some countries. Therefore, the supply of batteries – large or small – will depend on the country. Although it is obvious that users will subsequently be able to purchase “large” batteries themselves.
Renders and characteristics of DJI Mini 4 Pro
The camera recording will have a 48-megapixel sensor – the drone will be able to record 4K video at 100 fps. The new sensors will provide detection of obstacles in any direction – and this is a big step compared to its predecessor. Video transmission is also reported at a distance of up to 20 km.
DJI Mini 4 Pro will be offered with different controllers – RC-N1 and RC-2. Prices will range from $850 to $1,200.
