Resident Evil Village planned to add Ada Wong – she was supposed to save the main character
The Resident Evil Village Complete and Deluxe Edition include the Trauma Pack add-on, which, among other things, includes a set of illustrations. Thanks to him, it became known that Capcom planned to add to the fresh horror film Ada Wong – one of the most famous heroines of the series. Attention: the material contains minor spoilers for the game’s plot.
According to IGN, the illustrations show a suitable image of Ada Wong for the project. The girl is dressed in a plague doctor costume and is armed with a crossbow. The caption reads: “Early plans [for the game] involved a masked man rescuing Ethan. It was supposed to be Ada Wong exploring the village, but she was cut out due to several scenario conflicts. “
Also, in the gallery “Field Kit,” there are sketches that show the heroine in motion and during battles. According to the second comment, the girl was supposed to save Ethan in the abduction episode.
