Roccat unveils Kone Pro gaming mice with 19K Owl-Eye sensor
Roccat has announced the Kone Pro series gaming mice: the family includes a basic wired model and a modification of the Kone Pro Air that can communicate with a computer wirelessly.
Both new items received an Owl-Eye 19K optical sensor (based on PMW3370) with a resolution of up to 19,000 DPI (dots per inch). The maximum allowable acceleration is 50g. The separation distance can be adjusted.
Titan Switch Optical main switches are rated for 100 million operations. The Titan Wheel Pro is made of aluminum for high precision and tactile feedback when pressed.
The manipulators are endowed with multi-color AIMO RGB lighting. The devices are suitable for palmar, finger, and claw grips.
The Kone Pro Air version can connect to a computer via Bluetooth or a reliable Stellar Wireless 2.4 GHz connection. The battery will last for more than 100 hours of operation, and the Rapid Charge technology will provide up to five hours of play after 10 minutes of charging.
The dimensions of the mice are 125.6 × 40 × 72 mm. Models Kone Pro and Kone Pro Air weigh 66 and 75, respectively. The price is 80 and 130 US dollars.
