Recall that on the GamesBeat Decides podcast at the end of February, Grubb mentioned that the next Elden Ring presentation is scheduled for the last days of March. At the time, the reporter had “reasons to be sure” about what he said.

Since that release, GamesBeat Decides time From Software, and Bandai Namco Entertainment became victims of leaks: in the leaked almost two minutes of the not intended frame for a public showing of the trailer Elden Ring.

The incident shook Grubb’s confidence. The journalist urges not to wait for news about Elden Ring until the end of March but remains confident that processes are underway behind the scenes and things are moving towards the coveted demonstration.

“I think Bandai Namco is tightening the screws, adjusting the message, figuring out how the leak actually happened, and then continuing on the road to the official launch of the game,” Grubb said.

At the same time, Grubb admits that Bandai Namco Entertainment will have the opportunity to show Elden Ring in the first half of the year ( “pre-E3” ) on their own or with someone’s help.

Elden Ring is announced for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The project still does not have a release date or timeline. According to unconfirmed reports, the game will have classes, a character editor, and online features from the Souls series.
