Rust Coming To Xbox One And PS4 In Spring

Facepunch Studios and Double Eleven have announced that Survival Simulator Rust will launch on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this spring. The game is currently in closed beta testing.

Since the launch of Rust in Early Access on Steam (this happened in 2013), millions of gamers have made the project one of the most popular sites. Gradually, Rust has evolved, and now it offers detailed worlds to explore and build, as well as a ton of content for battles and other play styles.

The console version of Rust is developed independently of the original PC version. However, this is still the same game; the only goal is to survive on a mysterious post-apocalyptic island. To do this, you have to overcome hunger, thirst, and cold: make fires, build a shelter, and hunt. Also, up to 99 players are participating in the match with you, who also want to win – which means they will interfere with you.

Rust has no rules, so players can trick and raid, loot and kill opponents. However, the project contains winning mechanics for friendly gamers as well.

Rust was fully released on PC in February 2018.
