Sales of all semiconductor products for the year grew 6.5%, NAND flash memory – 23.1%
In the fourth quarter of 2020 alone, semiconductor products were sold in the amount of $ 117.5 billion, which is 8.3% more than in the fourth quarter of 2019.
Among the market segments, there are logical and memory chips. The first accounted for $ 117.5 billion, the second – $ 117.3 billion. Growth in these segments compared to 2019 was 10.3% and 10.2%, respectively. At the same time, sales of NAND flash memory chips grew by 23.1% to $ 49.5 billion.
