Production at new facilities should begin in the second half of next year
Samsung Electronics has announced plans to expand the production of NAND flash memory at an enterprise in Pyeongtaek, South Korea. The factory located here now includes two production lines, which are the largest in the world. The construction of new facilities began in May, and they should begin production in the form of V-NAND flash memory with a volumetric layout in the second half of next year.
