According to the resource LetsGoDigital, the South Korean giant has sent an application for registration of the Book Go brand to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

The document covers the following product categories: laptop computers, notebook computers, tablets, wearable computers, computer monitors, and LCD displays.

Thus, observers conclude that soon a Galaxy Book Go laptop equipped with an LCD panel may appear in the range of Samsung. It is likely that it will receive a transformable design, which will allow it to be used as a tablet with touch control.

The Go prefix indicates that the novelty is designed with an eye to working “on the go”. In other words, there is a high likelihood of having a built-in 4G or even 5G module for a permanent connection to the Internet over cellular networks.

The announcement of new items can take place during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which will be held from January 11 to 14 in a fully digital format.
