According to these slides, the Galaxy Buds Pro will retail for $ 199 at launch, which is $ 50 less than the AirPods Pro, which sells for $ 249 in the US. But at the same time, the novelty will become the most expensive model in the Galaxy Buds series: the same Buds Live cost $ 169, and Buds + – $ 149.

Also, new headphones from Samsung will be able to offer up to 8 hours of music listening and IPX7 waterproofing, that is, they can be briefly immersed in water to a depth of 1 meter. The charging case is capable of providing up to 28 hours of battery life in total.

In addition to a comparative table with the main specifications and cost of WalkingCat, a slide was published that shows the hardware stuffing of the headphones. The Galaxy Buds Pro will have an 11mm woofer and 6.5mm tweeter. The information in the image confirms the presence of active noise cancelling with an adjustable degree of its effectiveness, transparency mode and surround mode. As noted by The Verge, the upcoming novelty, in terms of specifications, looks like a full-fledged competitor to AirPods Pro.
