Samsung has recently updated the Galaxy Buds, but it seems that the update has introduced a few bugs too, in addition to the new features inherited from the Buds Plus.
According to what reported by Sammobile, it seems that several users are experiencing problems following the installation of the update, such as a deterioration in the quality of the Ambient Sound function, frequent disconnections, problems in the management of touch controls and even the complete malfunction headphone left.
It appears that Samsung has not yet officially recognized the reported problems, so it is likely that the South Korean house is still investigating the numerous reports that have appeared in the past few hours. Recall that the update brings the firmware of the Galaxy Buds to the version R170XXU0ATD2. At this point, we just have to wait for official communications and the release of a corrective update.
