Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will receive the first-ever LTPO screen with a frequency of 120 Hz

According to him, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra uses the world’s first 6.9-inch OLED screen with LTPO technology, whose resolution is 3040 x 1440 pixels with an image refresh rate of 120 Hz.

The main feature of LTPO technology is that it allows you to reduce the power consumption of the screen and extend the operating time of the mobile device without recharging. In addition, it is reported that the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra supports adaptive mode, in which the smartphone itself switches the refresh rate in various scenarios, thereby reducing power consumption. Similar screens are also attributed to iPhone smartphones, which will be released only next year.

Yesterday, Samsung introduced a new OLED display for smartphones, perhaps it is he who will make his debut in this mobile device.

In addition, it is expected that the smartphone will be built on the basis of the flagship platform Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 (in some regions there will be a version with Exynos 992). The amount of RAM will be 12 or 16 GB, the capacity of non-volatile memory will be from 128 to 512 GB.

The smartphone will receive a 4500 mAh battery and support for 45 W fast charging technology.

The smartphone is expected to debut in August.
