Samsung Galaxy S21 and S21 + specs are fully revealed in a major leak
On January 14, Samsung will announce the flagship smartphones of the Galaxy S21 family – the base version, as well as the Galaxy S21 + and Galaxy S21 Ultra models. Recently, the detailed characteristics of the senior representative of the series became known, and now the resource Winfuture.de has fully disclosed the equipment of the other two devices.
It is reported that the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 + models will receive an Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen measuring 6.2 and 6.7 inches, respectively. The resolution in both cases will be 2400 × 1080 pixels (Full HD +), the refresh rate is up to 120 Hz, and the maximum brightness is 1300 cd / m 2. Protection against damage will be provided by Gorilla Glass 7.
It will be based on a proprietary Exynos 2100 processor with eight cores, clocked at up to 2.9 GHz. Smartphones will be endowed with 8 GB of RAM, and the capacity of the flash drive will be 128 or 256 GB.
The small screen opening will house a 10-megapixel selfie camera with a maximum aperture of f / 2.2. The configuration of the main triple camera is as follows: a 64-megapixel unit with a maximum aperture of f / 2.0 and optical stabilization, a 12-megapixel unit with a maximum aperture of f / 2.2 and wide-angle optics (120 degrees) and a 12-megapixel module with a maximum aperture of f / 1.8 and optical stabilization.
Smartphones are equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi 6 adapters, USB Type-C port, NFC controller, 5G modem. Operating system – Android 11 with One UI 3.1 add-on.
The Galaxy S21 has dimensions of 151.7 × 71.2 × 7.9 mm and weighs 171 g, the Galaxy S21 + version is 161.4 × 75.6 × 7.8 mm and weighs 202 g. The battery capacity is 4000 and 4800 mA · H, respectively.
