Samsung has scheduled the next presentation for March 17th. The announcement of smartphones Galaxy A52 and A72 is expected

In recent weeks, almost everything has become known about the upcoming mid-range smartphones Samsung Galaxy A52 and A72. Until today, only two mysteries remain: when will the new smartphones be presented and the characteristics of the 5G version of the Galaxy A72. However, the first one was accidentally revealed by Samsung itself.

Although various sources have stated that the smartphones will be unveiled in March, no one has given an exact date for their announcement. However, the attentive Twitter user @FrontTron has figured out when the new A-series devices will launch. He found a page for the online broadcast of the Galaxy Unpacked event on YouTube, which will take place on March 17 at 14:30 Moscow time. Since no more events for the Korean tech giant are expected this month, Samsung’s new mid-range smartphones will likely be unveiled on March 17th. Unfortunately, the company has already closed access to the event’s broadcast page.

The Galaxy A52 and A72 are expected to receive both 4G LTE-only versions and more advanced 5G versions. The 4G model of the Galaxy A52 is expected to be based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G and will cost around 350 euros. In turn, the 5G version will cost 430 euros, but it will be based on the Snapdragon 750G.

As for the Galaxy A72, it is assumed that the LTE model will cost about 450 euros and, like the younger A52, will be based on the Snapdragon 720G. Galaxy A72 5G is still a mystery. It is speculated that Samsung will not release a modification of this smartphone for fifth-generation networks to avoid internal competition with its own flagship solutions.
