The South Korean company Samsung, trying to regain a part of the Indian smartphone market, has reduced prices for the popular Galaxy M21 and Galaxy A50 models in the country.

Back in April, the Samsung Galaxy M21 with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of flash memory was offered for $ 188, and the version with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory cost $ 216. Now, these smartphones have fallen in price to 174 and 204 dollars respectively.

As for the Galaxy A50s, the version with 4/64 GB of memory has fallen in price from $ 278 to $ 245, and the version with 6/128 GB is now offered for $ 273, whereas initially, it cost $ 273.

Recall, recently Samsung, which has long been a leader in the smartphone market in India, has moved to third place, having passed ahead of the Chinese companies Xiaomi and Vivo.

Currently, the Indian government has extended quarantine in connection with a pandemic in the country until May 17.
