Samsung may launch a transparent smartphone in 2021
Less than a month remains before the official presentation of the flagship smartphones Samsung Galaxy S21 series – the devices will debut on January 14. Meanwhile, according to network sources, the South Korean giant may present several unique devices next year.
One of them is said to be a smartphone with a transparent display. Such a gadget is expected to have all the electronic components concentrated in blocks above and below the screen. The device is likely to debut as a prototype.
In addition, Samsung will allegedly release a device in 2021, in which a three-section display will fold in two places. Descriptions of such smartphones have already been found in patent documents. It is reported that the projected novelty in the deployed state will be able to replace the tablet.
Finally, it is claimed that the South Korean company is working on roll-up flexible screen devices. True, it is not yet clear whether such gadgets will appear on the commercial market next year.
Earlier it was reported that in 2021, Samsung plans to release flexible smartphones Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3, as well as simplified versions of Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip with the Lite prefix.
