Samsung releases beta versions of Android 11 for Galaxy A51 and M31 smartphones

Some smartphone makers still haven’t updated their flagship devices to the current Android 11. The exact opposite is the case with Samsung devices. The company is ahead of schedule to update branded flagship devices to the current OS and is now offering the beta version of One UI 3.0 based on Android 11 for more affordable models.

The South Korean company has reportedly already launched the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 beta program for the Galaxy A51 5G in South Korea and the Galaxy M31 in India. In order to get the latest software, users just need to register for the Samsung Members program. It is assumed that in the coming days, users from other regions will also receive this opportunity, and in a few weeks, the Galaxy A51 and M31 will be able to update to the stable One UI 3.0.

It’s pretty good to see that Samsung is paying attention not only to its flagship smartphones but also to more budget models. Recall that on January 14, the presentation of the company’s latest flagships of the Galaxy S21 family is expected. It is known that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will receive support for the proprietary S-Pen stylus. This is probably how the South Korean tech giant is preparing to abandon the Galaxy Note series.
