Smartphones have already disappeared in the US and UK
Samsung removes last year’s Galaxy S20 flagships from sale
Samsung has reportedly decided to stop selling the Galaxy S20 in most regions. On some official regional Samsung websites, smartphones are listed as out of stock, and no new deliveries are expected.
The Galaxy S20 is out of stock, for example, on Samsung’s US and UK sites. At the same time, popular British retailers Best Buy and Mobiles.co.uk generally report that the entire Galaxy S20 lineup is “no longer available.”
Samsung is currently accepting pre-orders for the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 +, and Galaxy S21 Ultra. Open sales will begin on January 29 in the first regions, including the United States.
In Russia, the start of open sales is scheduled for February 5. In the Russian online store, Samsung smartphones of the Galaxy S20 line have not yet disappeared and are available for 950 dollars.
