The profit of the unit producing mobile devices has increased – both in quarterly terms and in annual terms. This is largely due to the success of the Galaxy S20 line of smartphones.
The performance of the consumer electronics division, which produces televisions and household appliances, has deteriorated. As for TVs, the manufacturer writes off the decrease in sales by increasing competition.
