New features added and old ones improved
Samsung announced today that its new software update for the Galaxy S22 series brings a number of improvements to the cameras of three smartphones. In particular, hyperlapse video will be active for the telephoto lens, and the QR scanner will be improved for easier navigation.
The Hyperlapse option in the Camera app offered recording with the wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle cameras, but now there will be a function to use the camera with 3x zoom. The company also confirmed that Astro Hyperlapse is currently in development, a feature that will allow users to take even more artistic photos of the night sky.
The QR scanner will get a larger scanning area, and a bug due to which you had to close the application or go to the URL has also been fixed.
Other improvements are in HDR quality and color reproduction. Memory usage and AI performance in Photo, Video, and Night Mode have also been optimized.
All of these updates from Samsung are for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphones.
