Samsung’s new wireless headphones will be named Galaxy Buds Sound

In early August, Samsung introduced the innovative Galaxy Buds Live Active Noise Canceling fully wireless headphones. As LetsGoDigital now reports, the South Korean giant is designing a new device of this type.

The development of the new item is indicated by the documentation published on the website of the UK Intellectual Property Office (UK IPO). Samsung has filed an application with this office to register the Galaxy Buds Sound trademark.

The documentation says that the device being created will be able to function as a music player and fitness tracker. In particular, the gadget will allow you to track changes in heart rate, distance traveled, calories burned, activity level, and some other indicators.

Obviously, Bluetooth 5.x wireless communication will be used to exchange data with a smartphone. Probably, like the current model Galaxy Buds Live, the novelty will receive an active noise reduction system.

There is no information about the timing of the Galaxy Buds Sound announcement at the moment. Observers believe that these wireless headphones will debut in the first quarter of next year along with the flagship smartphones of the Galaxy S21 family.
