Segway has launched its Kickscooter GT2P super scooter in Europe. The device is available in both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive versions. The maximum speed is 70 km/h, the scooter accelerates from 0 to 48 km/h in less than 4 seconds, and the maximum range is 90 km (traction battery capacity is 1.512 kWh).
The Kickscooter GT2P is equipped with an OLED screen that houses a speedometer and battery indicator. For most settings and additional data, a proprietary mobile application is provided. Shock absorbers are installed both on the front wheel and on the rear, tires are 11-inch pneumatic. The scooter also received disc brakes front and rear (by the way, the “sporty” Lada Granta Drive Active has drum brakes at the rear) and a headlight with 9 W LEDs. The Kickscooter GT2P is rated for a user(s) weight of 150kg.
The scooter is currently available in France, Spain and the Netherlands. The price is considerable – 3000 euros.
