The shuttle has announced the release of the XPC Barebone DH470 Mini PC Basic Kit. The 190 x 165 x 43 mm case contains a motherboard based on the Intel H470 chipset. The LGA 1200 socket on this board can accommodate an Intel Core i9, i7, i5, i3, Pentium Gold, or Celeron processor, including 10th Gen Intel Core processors as Comet Lake-S. Let’s clarify that only processors with integrated graphics are supported, and the TDP value should not exceed 65 W.

Shuttle XPC Barebone DH470 can be configured with 10th Gen Intel Core processor with TDP up to 65W

The system can be configured with up to 64GB of DDR4 memory installed in two SO-DIMM slots. Supports non-ECC DDR4-2933 memory. The board has an M.2 slot for a SATA or PCIe SSD and an M.2 slot for a WLAN card. It is possible to install one 2.5 “drive with a thickness of up to 12.5 mm, equipped with a SATA interface.

To connect monitors, there are two DisplayPort 1.2 video outputs and an HDMI 2.0a output. The equipment includes four USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports, four USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, one of which is routed to the USB-C connector, two RS-232 ports, and two Gigabit Ethernet ports. A multichannel audio subsystem completes the picture based on the Realtek ALC 662 codec and a slot for SD, SDHC, and SDXC cards with UHS-I support and boot from a memory card.

The recommended price for Shuttle XPC Barebone DH470 (without processor, memory, and drives) is 260 euros. The kit includes a 90W power supply.
