Singer Bryan Adams accuses “bat-eaters” of cancelling their concerts

Adams played his 1983 hit Cuts Like a Knife with a guitar and wrote a post under the video in which he said that his concert tour in Britain was cancelled. And he blamed the sellers of the so-called “wet market” in Wuhan, the food market, where, according to one version, the coronavirus pandemic started. Such markets got their name because the floor is constantly wet.

“A concert was to be held today at the Royal Albert Hall, but thanks to bat-eaters, the sale of live animals on the market, the advent of coronavirus and greedy bastards, the whole world now stood still, not to mention the thousands who were injured or died from coronavirus, ”Brian wrote.“ So besides my “damn thank you,” I can only tell you one thing: get vegan! ”

In addition, the singer complained that, despite the fact that due to quarantine he had more time for his family and children, he also missed his “other family” – fans and musicians. And he expressed confidence that everything would end soon and life would return to normal. The singer also promised to perform the song every day until the end of quarantine.

Adams’ post caused criticism, as it is still not clear where the coronavirus came from and there is no evidence that it was provoked by eating bats. But also the singer expressed support for several hundred commentators.
