A 6.51-inch IPS HD + display with a resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels is used. The panel occupies 89% of the front surface area. A small notch at the top of the screen houses an 8MP front-facing camera with a maximum aperture of f / 1.8.

A triple camera is installed at the back: it incorporates a 13-megapixel sensor (f / 2.2), as well as a pair of 2-megapixel modules for macro photography and gathering information about the depth of the scene.

The “heart” of the smartphone is the Snapdragon 662 processor, containing eight Kryo 260 cores with a clock speed of up to 2.0 GHz, the Adreno 610 graphics accelerator, and the Snapdragon X11 LTE cellular modem. The amount of RAM is 4 or 6 GB, the capacity of the flash drive is 64 or 128 GB.

The novelty is powered by a 5000 mAh battery with 18-watt recharge. There are Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.1 adapters, a Micro-USB port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. On the side, there is a fingerprint scanner. Dimensions are 164.41 × 76.32 × 8.41 mm, weight – 192.3 g.

The iQOO U1x smartphone is priced between $ 135 and $ 180 depending on memory size.
