Smartphones were released in China in early December
Enthusiasts who wanted the Vivo X90 series to launch outside of China won’t have long to wait. Vivo has announced that the global presentation of this line will take place on January 31.
The lineup, which includes the Vivo X90, X90 Pro and X90 Pro+ smartphones, was launched in China in early December, and now these devices will be released to the global market.
The most interesting among them is Vivo X90 Pro + , which is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 single-chip system, 12 GB of RAM and a 6.78-inch display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. This is the world’s first phone equipped with a Samsung AMOLED screen.
The phone is vastly superior to its predecessor in terms of image processing. The Vivo X90 Pro+ has a 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX758 sensor. The smartphone has a periscope module with a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B sensor, which provides 100x zoom. The phone is IP68 rated and runs Android 13 operating system with OriginOS 3 shell.
