Two upcoming Black Shark 4 lineup smartphones with model numbers KSR-A0 and PRS-A0 were recently spotted in the Google Play Console database. Now the PRS-A0 model has passed the Chinese agency TENAA, which has so far only published photos of the device.

Photos suggest the Black Shark 4 could be positioned as an affordable gaming smartphone. Previous models in the line had a much more striking gaming design. Now everything is much simpler. The rear panel is flat and monochromatic, with a horizontal camera with three image sensors and an LED flash at the top.

On the right side of the case, two additional buttons are used in games; there is a place for a volume rocker on the left. The Black Shark PSR-A0 smartphone has a flat display. The smartphone’s fingerprint sensor is located on the side, indicating that the smartphone belongs to an inexpensive segment. The Black Shark 2 and Black Shark 3 use sub-screen fingerprint scanners and OLED displays. Probably the Black Shark 4 could have an LCD screen.

Google Play Console confirms the Black Shark 4 is powered by Snapdragon 865 and 12GB of RAM. It runs Android 11 and supports Full HD + resolution.
