Samsung Electronics has unveiled two new representatives of its line of ultra-budget Galaxy A smartphones. Models called Samsung Galaxy A05 and A05s are presented in Malaysia.
Both the new phones feature 6.7-inch LCDs with HD+ resolution on the A05 and Full HD+ resolution on the A05s. The similar size and design hide quite a lot of differences.
Samsung Galaxy A05 is a simpler and more affordable model. The smartphone is equipped with a dual main camera (50 and 2 megapixels), an 8-megapixel front camera, and the MediaTek Helio G85 platform.

Samsung Galaxy A05s received a 13 MP front camera, a triple main camera (50 MP, 2 and 2 MP), and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC.
Both devices also received 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory, which can be expanded using microSD cards, and 5000 mAh batteries with support for 25 W charging. The software basis is the Android 13 operating system with the proprietary OneUI Core-shell. The price has not yet been disclosed by Samsung.
