Some of the equipment from the extended edition of the Demon’s Souls remake will not be available in the game itself

YouTuber Michael Samuels, better known under the pseudonym VaatiVidya, in his microblog drew attention to a previously undocumented feature of the extended edition of the remake of Demon’s Souls.

Demons Souls

Recall that the Deluxe version of the project, announced at the end of September, worth 6899 rubles, will offer a number of in-game bonuses: from consumable items to additional equipment.

According to the recently updated Demon’s Souls Remake page on the official PlayStation website, some of the items contained in the Expanded Edition will not be obtainable in-game.

We are talking, in particular, about the armor of the red-eyed knight, the armor of the rulers of Boletaria, and the ritual blade – none of the three items of equipment were in the original Demon’s Souls.

The rest of the content from the list thanks to the extended edition, can be obtained ahead of time: for example, various grains ( grains in the previous version of the page), temporarily increasing one or another resistance of the hero.

Earlier, the creative director of SIE Worldwide Studios Gavin Moore (Gavin Moore) has assured that when introducing their content, the developers of the remake try not to deviate from the original concept.

The Demon’s Souls remake will go on sale November 12, exclusively for the PlayStation 5. The game supports two graphics modes: Cinematic (4K @ 30fps) and High Performance (Dynamic 4K @ 60fps).
