Sony Releases PlayStation Store’s Most Downloaded Games In March
The official PlayStation Blog has revealed the most downloaded games on the PS Store this past March. The lists are divided by region and platform – PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. There are also traditional leaderboards among shareware projects and games for PS VR.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War took first place on PlayStation 5 in the US and Canada. The same shooter took the second position in Europe, and at the top of the rating in the region was FIFA 21. The conditional “silver” of the list in the USA / Canada went to Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales and “bronze” – NBA 2K21. As for the third place in Europe, it was unexpectedly taken by It Takes Two.
On PlayStation 4, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War also won the top spot in the US / Canada. In Europe, Minecraft was the leader. The second lines contain the same games, only they have changed places. “Bronze” in two regions went to Grand Theft the Auto the V.
Among the PS VR projects, the first three lines were taken by the same games in the USA / Canada and Europe. At the top is Beat Saber, followed by Job Simulator, followed by Superhot VR. A similar situation has developed in the shareware segment: Fortnite has become the US / Canada and Europe; the second position went to Call of Duty: Warzone and Rocket League, respectively; and on the third, they just swapped places.
