Spider-Man: Miles Morales honors the Black Lives Matter movement with large graffiti and a special mission
The Black Lives Matter movement has been supported by many gaming companies. For example, in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Warzone, BLM is mentioned on loading screens and during launch. And now it turned out that Insomniac Games did a similar thing: it added a huge wall graffiti in honor of the movement to the world of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales.
This detail was noticed by Western journalists who have already gained access to the game, in particular, the Games Radar portal. The above drawing includes black people of different ages and genders, and in the center is the inscription, Black Lives Matter. He is depicted on the wall of one of the high-rise buildings in Harlem, New York.
Moreover, the developers at Insomniac Games have created a special side quest, for completing which you can get a yellow and black (colors on the BLM emblem) Spider-Man suit.
Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales will be released on November 12, 2020, on PS4 and PS5. Western publications have already tested the project: the rating on Metacritic is 85 points based on a total of 57 reviews (PS5 version).
