“We have carefully analyzed all the mixed opinions on several things, including the lack of online rollback, which was unanimously approved in all reviews. We had to do something because Windjammers 2’s online mode is also designed to encourage the competitive community to participate in the game. We started to fix and add what was needed. These changes caused delays and, as a result, forced us to postpone the release to 2021, ”the developer shared.

Dotemu added that the wrong decisions could jeopardize the quality of Windjammers 2, so the studio had to make the difficult decision to move. The developer hopes that players will understand the situation and go on an adventure with family, friends and rivals when the project is released.
