Last week, Bocharov confirmed what everyone had already guessed about – STALKER 2 will not be on the consoles of the previous cycle – and now he told why it happened.
According to Bocharov, STALKER 2 “just technically will not be able to work anywhere except the most current console hardware”. As for the PS4 and Xbox One specifically, they “will not export either the scale or the picture. “
At the same time, Bocharov recalled that the version of STALKER 2 that is currently being developed is the second incarnation of the game. The first was introduced in 2010 and later cancelled.
