Chinese versions support more powerful charging
Nubia Technology, originally created by the Chinese ZTE, announced the start of sales of the flagship smartphone Red Magic 8 Pro in the international market.
Red Magic 8 Pro is available in many regions starting today, February 2, 2023. There are two options available, but so far only one is available in the open sale – Red Magic 8 Pro Matte with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory for $ 649 / EUR, depending on the region of purchase.
The second version, the Red Magic 8 Pro Void with transparent panel, 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, is only available for pre-order for now, priced at $799/€.
Among the features of the Red Magic 8 Pro are a 6.8-inch OLED screen with Full HD + resolution (2480 x 1116 pixels) and a frame rate of 120 Hz, a 16 MP sub-screen front camera, a triple main camera (50 MP, 8 and 2 MP), SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, stereo speakers, Android 13 with Red Magic OS 6.0.
