Stronghold: Warlords received the first patch, and the developers talked about plans for the spring and early summer

On the digital distribution service Steam website, Firefly Studios announced the release of the first patch for its real-time strategy, Stronghold: Warlords, and outlined plans for the development of the game in the coming months.

As for the development of the game, the director of Marketing at Firefly Studios, Nick Tannahill, spoke about it. According to him, the released roadmap covers the studio’s plans only for the spring and early summer of this year.

In addition to small updates (like today’s patch), the developers will release large ones: the first one will introduce Sun Tzu’s commander into Stronghold: Warlords, and the second – 10 new missions, a unit, and two commanders.

“Both major updates, along with additional content planned for the future, are intended to improve the available content of the main game in both single and multiplayer modes,” the authors assured.

Stronghold: Warlords went on sale on March 9 this year exclusively for PC (Steam, GOG). On the Metacritic aggregator site, the project received average ratings – the rating of the game is 68 out of 100%.
