This allowed us to achieve read and write speeds of up to 7000 MB / s and 6900 MB / s, respectively.

The Team group introduced the Cardea Ceramic A440 solid-state drive under the T-Force brand for gaming computer components. This M.2 2280 SSD features PCIe 4.0 x4 and NVMe 1.4 protocol support, which achieves read and write speeds of up to 7000 MB / s and 6900 MB / s, respectively.

The new drive is offered in 1 and 2 TB sizes. In any case, the kit includes two replaceable radiators, the choice between which is determined by the specific conditions of use. One of them is a relatively thick aluminum finned heatsink with which the drive is 12.9 mm thick. According to the manufacturer, the SSD temperature can be reduced by up to 15% when using this heatsink. For cases where a minimum thickness is required, the “ultra-thin graphene heatsink” is designed, with which the thickness of the drive is only 3.7 mm. The SSD temperature can be reduced by up to 9% with this heatsink.

The resource of a 1 TB drive is declared as being able to record during the lifespan of at least 700 TB, and a 2 TB drive – at least 1400 TB. The warranty period is five years.
