Telegram will soon have stores selling goods in channels and chats
According to the resource “Durov’s Code,” already in the next update of Telegram, it may be possible to sell goods and services not only through bots, as was the practice before, but also directly in channels and groups through official mechanisms.
These features appeared in the most recent beta versions of the popular messenger client for Android and macOS. Anyone can check the operation of the new system through the @TestStore test store. Payment in Telegram can be made through several popular payment systems: Sberbank, YuMoney, Stripe, Tranzzo, Payme, CLICK, LiqPay, ECOMMPAY.
The source also reports that among other innovations, we can expect the emergence of the opportunity to leave a tip and save bank card details for more convenient subsequent purchases within Telegram.
Recall: in March, Telegram added the ability to conduct voice chats in channels. Immediately after this, Telegram, Pavel Durov, said that creating TV channels would be added to the messenger quite soon. By the way, at the end of March, the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange began trading in Eurobonds of the Telegram messenger. At the same time, buyers of such bonds will not influence Telegram and manage it.
