Recall that Terminator: Resistance Enhanced (as the new edition is called) will go on sale for the PlayStation 5, but the original game owners on the last generation Sony console will get it for free.

Initially, the release of Terminator: Resistance Enhanced was expected on March 26 of this year, but at the end of January, it was announced that the project would go on sale only on April 30.

As it became known, Terminator: Resistance Enhanced may not be in time by this time: Reef Entertainment and Teyon were informed that some “additional work” is required from Sony to provide an upgrade of the game from PS4 to PS5.

The Terminator’s creators: Resistance Enhanced, did not detail but warned that this unforeseen circumstance could lead to another (albeit insignificant) delay in release.

“Rest assured, we are doing our best to prepare and release the update as soon as possible, and we will keep you updated on developments through our social networks,” the developers assured.

The original Terminator: Resistance was released in November 2019 for PC (Steam), PS4, and Xbox One. The Enhanced version will offer balance and graphics enhancements, 60fps, faster load times, DualSense support, and Scout mode.
