A Tesla Model X caught fire after it slid off a dock and became completely submerged in water. The car continued to burn while under water.
The video shows how the Model X is on fire. The author of the video clarified that the owner of the Model X was launching a jet ski, but during the process some kind of malfunction arose and the car rolled into the water.
A woman was driving and was unable to open the door, but her husband returned on a newly launched jet ski and helped her out. The car burned for a long time while under water. Hollywood Fire Rescue in Hollywood, Florida, left the vehicle in the water to contain the fire and prevent possible injuries that could have occurred while trying to pull the Tesla out.
