The increase will be up to 25%

Workers of the Avtotor Kaliningrad car assembly plant will receive a sharp increase in wages from June 1, as reported by the TASS agency with reference to the chairman of the board of directors of the company Valery Gorbunov.

The corresponding statement was made during the launch ceremony for the production of Chinese crossovers of the SWM brand , which is owned by Shineray.

For some employees, wages will increase immediately by 25%. As of 2022, the average salary at the enterprise was 52 thousand rubles per month.

Since June 1 of this year, wages have increased by 18–25%. By the beginning of 2024, if the set plans are fulfilled, a new increase should take place. The traditional 13th salary and all measures of social support, according to the collective agreement, are preserved.
