A new article from market research firm Counterpoint reveals that none other than Apple and Samsung are among the world’s ten best-selling smartphones.
Apple smartphones take the first four places. The best-selling iPhones in the world were the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 13. Samsung smartphones took the remaining places in the following order: Galaxy A14, Galaxy A54, Galaxy A14 5G, Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy A04e, and Galaxy A34.

Counterpoint confirms that the market share of Apple’s iPhone Pro series has increased significantly in Asia and Europe, with Samsung’s A series performing particularly well in Asia and Latin America.
In the second quarter of 2023, the Samsung A series accounted for nearly 60% of the top 10 smartphones sold in these two regions. However, some industry insiders also said that with the debut of Huawei Mate 60 and other series, this list may change in the future.
