The test, in particular, indicates that the basis of the novelty, which has the code designation SM-M127F, was the proprietary Exynos 850 processor. It contains eight ARM Cortex-A55 computing cores with a clock speed of up to 2.0 GHz, the Mali-G52 graphics accelerator and 4G / LTE modem.

The Galaxy M12 modification that appeared in Geekbench was equipped with 3 GB of RAM, but versions with a different amount of RAM will go on sale. The device is initially installed with the Android 11 operating system.

Information about the smartphone has already appeared on the websites of a number of certification organizations, including the Bluetooth SIG and the Wi-Fi Alliance. The device is credited with the presence of an Infinity-V display with a diagonal of 6.55 inches, a front 8-megapixel camera and a quadruple main camera in a configuration of 13 + 5 + 2 + 2 million pixels.

It is also known that power will be provided by a 7000 mAh battery rechargeable via a USB Type-C port. A standard 3.5 mm jack will be provided for connecting headphones.
