Release may be delayed even further

Authoritative insider Tom Henderson (Tom Henderson) reported that the estimated release year of the game Star Wars Eclipse, which is being created by Quantic Dream, is 2026, but the release may be delayed even further.

The news comes from the same sources that said Chinese tech giant Netease would acquire Quantic Dream, six months before the official announcement.

Sources have reiterated Quantic Dream’s hiring problems following allegations of workplace issues, including sexual harassment and a toxic work culture. At the moment, one of the former employees is still suing Quantic Dream.

There are currently six announced Star Wars games in development that have yet to be released. Star Wars Eclipse is the latest to come out.

Star Wars Eclipse is described as “a new multi-character, multi-character adventure game set in the era of the Great Republic of the iconic galaxy.” It is also considered the largest game in the Star Wars franchise. Star Wars Eclipse was announced in December 2021.

Quantic Dream has released five interactive movie video games: Omikron: The Nomad Soul (1999), Fahrenheit (2005), Heavy Rain (2010), Beyond: Two Souls (2013) and Detroit: Become Human (2018).

Tom Henderson previously shared confirmed information about Call of Duty: Vanguard and Battlefield 2042.
