The Ryzen 5 7500F processor that was recently spotted on PugetBench is now listed on Geekbench. The software allows us to confirm the presence of six cores with SMT support and a base frequency of 3.7 GHz, which is 100 MHz lower than the Ryzen 5 7600.
At the same time, in the benchmark, the new product performs at about the same level as the Ryzen 5 7600X, which is quite expected, given the close maximum frequencies.
The cheapest Ryzen 7000 in the first test performs at the level of the Ryzen 5 7600X.
Recall that the Ryzen 5 7500F will stand out with a disabled iGPU and a slightly reduced price. Exactly how much the processor will cost is unknown, but there have been rumors of a price $10 lower than the Ryzen 5 7600.
It is worth noting that the new product may be exclusive (as an option, temporary) for PC OEMs.
