The platform will launch this year

Astra Group JSC (the developer of the Russian OS Astra Linux) announced its intention to bring to market its own platform for joint development of open source code by the end of the year, which will replace Western counterparts. It is reported by “Kommersant” .

Astra Group JSC has already bought a 26% stake in Resolut LLC, which is the developer of the GitFlic open source code storage and joint development platform. Astra Group said that this is the first stage of the deal. At the second stage, they will buy 51%, and the rest of the shares will remain with the founders of Resolut. All this is part of a large project to create an analogue of GitHub, GitLab and GitBucket.
