Apple last week named the best apps in the App Store that have been released during this year. For the first time, Apple has decided to give the winners physical awards.
The Creators of the Best App Store Apps of 2020 Received Physical Awards for the First Time
Photos of the award were shared by the developers of Flexibits, Genshin Impact, and Share the Meal on their Twitter pages. Crafted from 100% recycled aluminum, the award features the App Store logo and the winning app name.
Along with the award, Apple presents the winners with a congratulatory letter signed by Apple CEO Tim Cook: “Congratulations! Your app is one of the best in 2020. Every year, the App Store celebrates outstanding apps that improve people’s lives. These apps showcase the highest levels of quality, innovation, and impact, and Apple is proud to celebrate your app this year. Thank you for leaving your mark on the universe in 2020. “
The top apps are Fantastical, Genshin Impact, ShareTheMeal, Walkout !, Zoom, Disco Elysium, Disney +, Dandara Trials of Fear, Endel, Sneaky Sasquatch, Everything Whiteboard, Caribu, Pokemon Go, and Shine.
