This is standard pre-launch procedure on the ISS
The American space agency NASA announced the latest news about preparations for sending the Crew-6 mission to the International Space Station. The mission includes Andrey Fedyaev as part of the NASA ISS cross-flight program with Roscosmos.
As noted in NASA, all members of the mission are now sent to the official quarantine period. Quarantine is part of the standard preparation for a flight to the International Space Station. The agency stressed:
The process of stabilizing the health of the flight crew is a routine part of the final preparation for all flights to the space station. Spending the last two weeks before liftoff in quarantine will help ensure the health of Crew-6 members as well as protect the astronauts already on the space station.

Crew members can choose between home quarantine, if possible, or living in an astronaut quarantine center at the Lyndon Johnson Space Center in Houston before being sent to the John F. Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
All members of the Crew-6 mission underwent pre-flight training in the United States, including Russian cosmonaut Andrei Fedyaev. Also on the mission are NASA astronauts Stephen Bowen and Warren “Woody” Hoburg, as well as UAE astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi.
The Falcon 9 launch vehicle carrying the Crew Dragon should be launched no earlier than 10:07 Moscow time on Sunday, February 26, 2023.
