Reputable analyst Jon Prosser, who has repeatedly shared reliable information about Apple products, shared the date of the announcement of the iPhone 12 series smartphones, as well as the iPad and Apple Watch of the next generations. Recall that it was Prosser who, back in March, named the exact date of the iPhone SE announcement.

According to the analyst, Apple will be holding an iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro launch event on October 12. At the same time, the acceptance of pre-orders for the basic models of the family starts. “Regular” iPhone 12 will begin shipping to users on October 19. But on the Pro version, pre-order will be possible only in November. Smartphones will go on sale in the same month.

As for the new iPad and Apple Watch Series 6, these devices will launch on September 7th. The analyst claims that the company will not hold a special event in their honor, but will limit itself to a press release.

The iPhone 12 series is expected to include four devices. The smallest of the smartphones will receive a 5.4-inch display, two models will be equipped with 6.1-inch matrices, and the largest device in the family will boast a 6.7-inch matrix.
